Wesley Elliott participated in the Braille Challenge sponsored by Edmonton Public Schools and their Specialized Learning Supports department on May 8th, 2025. Wesley competed in three challenges:
When students weren't participating in a challenge, they were participating in activities related to the theme of Fine Arts. This included a presentation by a professional harmonica player followed by students being able to try out their own harmonicas!. Each student also was given a swag bag that included a harmonica, a kalimba, plus some other treats. Wesley had fun building his lego zebra but particularly enjoyed decorating a photo frame with a raised line photo of himself. All in all, Wesley and his E.A Jocelyn Gomolchuk had a very productive day.
